What did James Connolly stand for?

James Connolly participated in a nationalist uprising but his politics were staunchly Labour and syndicalist. His detractors are invariably revisionists who do not accept that he did not believe in the Bolshevik or statist path to power. He was a revolutionary democrat. If you are curious,in the first place, you should go and read his writings if you want to know about one of our leading modern political figures and the only republican who wasn't in hock to the British State. His writings are available from any reputable bookshop. ... 27.8.2022 Old bores in Ireland such as Gerry Adams and Owen Carron and the republican seigneurs claim Connolly as part of their ideological patrimony. Never have anything to do with anyone from the Liberties of Dublin ...

Every door slammed in my face by Irish Army thugs and Garda psychopaths while the author of Ireland's later success walked by in a pair of worn-out shoes. Gardai and Irish Army? The SCUM of the earth. Neither manners, breeding nor decency,no more than any other whore's melt. Ignorant whores melts and country thugs taking their orders from the scum of all classes, people such as Burke, Lawlor,Haughey,Ahearne and Ahern, riffraff dredged up from the gutter by the clergy and politicians of a backward society. Read the front page of The Irish Times of 24 December 1991. Ireland's short-lived success, that is,nothing good comes from fascist vermin and people out to enrich themselves... ...There is more decency in a beggar than there is in a c... such as a policeman or a thief such as Gerry Mc Evoy or the rest of his associates. ..  ... 3.3.2022 Surely, these people can see that their universal and well-established tinker activities excite vigorous, unreported debate and animated oppos...
