Ireland is well ahead of the political game. One-party government is not possible in a fluid society. 

The North is a very different sort of society to the South and the sectarian differences stretch back many years.

 Irish unity will come in its own good time and fascism in the police and military up here will come to a bitter and final and brutal end.
