Rent controls. Fair Rents Tribunals. Evictions

Since living in England,I have been a long-standing proponent of rent controls and restrictions on evictions. Need, before greed.

The post-war British model of not only Fair Rents Officers but legal prohibitions on eviction were removed by that evil,sick woman, Thatcher. She cuckolded England and its people with a breed of blood-sucking financial speculators and estate agents and market traders.

Hers were unlearned ideas for a society of maggots and delinquents and financial parasites.

We see this tawdry legacy and its loose-living at work even today.

I say to people, anything Thatcher rejected, regulation,capital controls,high progressive taxes,direct income levies, business rates on empty properties, EMBRACE THEM.

Likewise,where the decision of a Fair Rents Officer is contests,let us have a three-person tribunal without representatives of landlords but rather pensioners, unemployed and trade unionists and doctors,not a well-heeled legal spoofer such as William Brady or James Elliott or the 'funny-handshake brigade".

Evictions. Evictions should be barred unless rent is six weeks in arrears and another six weeks notice of legal proceedings has been given.

Evictions should be by magistrates court order only.

All bailiffs firms to be strictly licensed and police to be present for evictions of drugs gangs using vacant or abandoned accommodation as "shooting galleries".

While the market will always win out,there must be rent controls according to socialists and public-spirited people.

Periodic rent reviews remove the tenant's ability to blackguard his landlord and create a measurably flexible system for wealth accumulation by private and public and corporate landlords.

The small landlord is usually the best in Irish and British circumstances but he is vulnerable to pressure from the real blackguards in Ireland, people like Pat Harte now of the imperialist slush fund,the International Fund for Ireland. Harte evicted me from No. 19 Harrington Street at the instigation of the MI 5 agent, Eugene Mc Cartan.

Nationalism and dictatorship vs. socialism and realism

Irish,German, Russian,Italian and American nationalism are remarkably similar though with a different emphasis. German nationalism is distinguished by supremacist notions formed between 1847 and 1883. American nationalism with its disastrous imperialist outworkings is only now being overcome. A tout is a weak and pathetic sort of fool who ends up drinking himself to death. He is a fickle sort of creature,a straw in the wind who like the biblical Jew is a wanderer between sky and cloud. However,he can be dangerous so here are my reflections from a lifetime of experience and untoward advances by these pricks..... A spy or false witness usually acts on his own volition and is interested,inter alia, in  what you listen to on the radio or watch on television. He is a sociopath who likes to alter outcomes and he gets money from the police for telling them such information.The police have the power to influence broadcasting content and schedules. It's MONEY which motivates the hound most.  Sometimes,a country  informer operates remotely by telephoning or through a neighbour but he will stop visiting and calling if you DO NOT ANSWER THE TELEPHONE...
