Universal provision for smoking cessation in the South

The pernicious habit of smoking must be catered for in every group and class in the South.

(The actual provenance of the invention of the Nicorette Inhalator and the Swedes patenting of this device is yet another instance of intellectual property theft. They have no rights to the invention and must surrender the patent to its real inventor, namely myself. Phyllis Bateson and Colin Campbell and the Queen's University, Belfast Information Service are the thieves of this innovation and of many more of my ideas. Their blond-haired,blue-eyed Swedish Wonderboy friends came up with nothing. If the Swedes in association with QUB have stolen my invention, they have no property rights to the Inhalator. The Swedes are those people who every knowledgeable person despises as the 'road to no town').

The use of smoking substitutes is necessary for the greater social good. If QUBIS and Bateson will not acknowledge the device's provenance,I will let any country make the Inhalator.

But why public sponsorship of smoking cessation?

Because it creates a personal moral good and enables the smoker, regardless of his means to see that smoking not just "slows you down" but does irreparable harm to health.
