 Medicines should never be completely free but it is best if only a token amount of €1 was charged to dissuade waste and superfluous visits to doctors and needless consultations with medical personnel. However,it is desirable that everyone,not just the publicly insured, should have ready access to medicine for a token fee. Pharmacies?
